Buying property in Islamabad: common questions

Who is M Realtors?

Can I buy a flat or shop on instalments?

Yes. Most project units we offer come with a payment plan: a down payment, then monthly or quarterly instalments. On the instalment listings page each card shows the down payment and monthly amount.

Can overseas Pakistanis buy through M Realtors?

Yes. You can view units by video call, get documents on WhatsApp or email, and pay booking amounts and instalments through Pay Online or a bank transfer. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 311 1313888.

How much does it cost to build a house in Islamabad?

At October 2026 rates, a grey structure costs about PKR 3,700 per sq ft of covered area in Islamabad. A complete house with standard finishing costs about PKR 6,500 per sq ft. Use the construction cost calculator for your plot size and number of storeys.

How do I list my property for sale or rent?

Create a free account and submit your property with photos, price and location. Our team reviews it before it goes live, and buyers contact you by call or WhatsApp.

How do I convert marla and kanal to square feet?

In Islamabad and Rawalpindi societies, 1 marla is usually 225 sq ft, and 1 kanal is 20 marla (4,500 sq ft). Some societies use 250 or 272 sq ft per marla, so check the allotment letter. Our area unit converter does the maths.
